
The Rainbow Alive Hub Initiative (TRAHI) is seeking to engage a skilled and experienced Digital Case Management Dashboard Specialist to support the strengthening of its legal aid and emergency response systems for LGBTQIA+ persons in Lagos State, Nigeria.
This consultancy forms part of TRAHI’s broader effort to build a more structured, confidential, survivor-centered, and accountable legal response mechanism for community members experiencing arrest, detention, extortion, violence, blackmail, displacement, and other human rights violations in an increasingly punitive environment.
The consultant will design, configure, and deploy a digital Legal Desk & Protection Tracking System using Monday.com or any other similar platform, including case intake workflows, referral management, service tracking, dashboard reporting, staff onboarding, and data protection protocols.
This system aims to improve how cases are received, documented, tracked, escalated, referred, and followed up within TRAHI’s Legal Desk structure.

The Rainbow Alive Hub Initiative (TRAHI) is a community-led organization committed to advancing the rights, dignity, health, and safety of sexual and gender minority and other vulnerable groups in Nigeria through advocacy, research, legal empowerment, leadership development, strategic communications, and access to support services.
TRAHI currently operates legal aid, community support, research, and advocacy interventions focused on strengthening protection systems for sexual and gender minorities in hostile environments.
Purpose of the Consultancy
The purpose of this consultancy is to establish a functional and secure case management framework that enables TRAHI to:
- receive and document cases efficiently;
- coordinate legal and emergency responses in real time;
- maintain confidential records safely;
- strengthen referral pathways;
- improve accountability and follow-up across cases;
- generate structured internal reporting and learning.
Scope of Work
The selected consultant will be expected to:
- Assess TRAHI’s current legal aid and case handling workflow;
- Design a secure case management structure using appropriate digital tools;
- Develop standardized digital case intake forms and referral templates;
- Create protocols for case documentation, confidentiality, escalation, and follow-up;
- Establish referral tracking systems and case status workflows;
- Develop data protection and access control procedures;
- Train TRAHI staff and relevant personnel on use of the system;
- Provide recommendations for improving long-term case coordination and reporting;
- Support initial deployment and troubleshooting during rollout.
Expected Deliverables
The consultant will deliver:
- A fully configured digital case management system;
- Standardized case intake and referral tools;
- Case tracking workflows and documentation templates;
- Confidentiality and data protection guidance;
- Staff onboarding/training session;
- Final consultancy report with recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Interested consultants should possess:
- At least 5 years of experience in case management, legal systems, safeguarding, humanitarian coordination, information management, or related fields;
- Demonstrated experience designing or managing case management systems;
- Strong understanding of confidentiality, ethical documentation, and survivor-centered approaches;
- Experience working with marginalized or vulnerable communities;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work independently and deliver within timelines;
- Familiarity with LGBTQIA+ rights and protection realities in Nigeria is a strong advantage.
Duration of Consultancy
The consultancy is expected to run for approximately 3-4 weeks.
